EXCHANGE POLICY

All items are made to order so we cannot honor exchanges during a sale period.  Please ensure that you are verifying your orders and are selecting the correct sizes and item designs.

SHIPPING TIME EXPECTATIONS

When you are selecting your shipping options, please be aware that all of our items are made to order and can possibly take up to 7-10 business days before shipping begins.

INTERNATIONAL ORDERS 

For all international customers, owe are not responsible for lost in transit shipments once they leave our facility.  Once your item begins tracking, please contact your selected carrier directly.
